ince its founding in 2020, Traxlo has been focused on a clear but ambitious mission: rethinking how retail and blue-collar work is organised in a rapidly changing, AI-driven world.
In a recent podcast with Verslo žinios, Traxlo co-founder Paul V. shares the story behind the company’s evolution and the development of Tasku — a platform designed to serve as next-generation infrastructure for retail, logistics, and task-based work.
Rather than positioning itself as just another gig platform, Traxlo is pioneering flexible, pay-per-task models that aim to benefit all sides of the ecosystem. Taskers gain choice and autonomy, while retailers, logistics providers, and brands gain efficiency, transparency, and scalable access to workforce capacity. At its core, the model represents a bold social experiment in how “work” itself can be redesigned.
Over the past few years, this approach has been successfully implemented across four countries.
